Similarly probe deeper into those stuff that you are afraid to face. They actually tells something deepeer about you, and behind that facade is your calling for love. So if you ask me how to love them I would say love them exactly for what they are, not only when they "look good". Doing so will give you a bonus point - you can love everything that comes to your space - robber, murderer,etc. Not that you are condoning their action (if only we can!), but you are simply recognizing them with understanding and compassion.
